Lyn Green
Lyn started her career as an Examiner in the Official Receiver’s Office in Birmingham, before moving out of the Civil Service into private practice. Before joining Ward & Co, she worked for three national practices, where she gained experiences in all types of insolvency and corporate and personal recovery.
She has a particular specialism of Individual Voluntary Arrangements and bankruptcy, both acting as an office holder and also as an advisor to creditors.
Lyn qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 1999.
Lyn is married, with two children and lives in Redditch. Her interests include watching rugby – she is a season ticket holder at Worcester Warriors! - travelling and walking her two dogs.
Andrew Shackleton
Andrew started his career in general practice before moving across to insolvency in 1991. He has since worked in three national practices and as well as substantial experience of personal insolvency, has a particular interest in investigation and the reasons for the failure of companies and businesses.
Andrew qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2004.
Andrew is married and lives in Bewdley. He enjoys watching sport - particularly football and cricket - travelling and the theatre.
Barry Ward
Barry is a Chartered Accountant as well as an Insolvency Practitioner and has worked in Worcester for over 30 years as a partner in several local and national practices where he has gained a wealth of experience of insolvency matters generally and the local business community.
Barry has also developed a reputation in the world of football-related insolvency and indeed was the Administrator of the first ever football club to enter Administration – Northampton Town, where he remained afterwards as Chairman. He has recently been the Administrative Receiver of Luton Town and continues to advise Football Supporters’ groups on Insolvency related matters.
Barry lives on the Worcestershire/Herefordshire border and is a keen gardener and sports follower.
