We are an independent firm of Insolvency Practitioners founded in 1999 by Barry Ward and based in Worcester city centre. The firm is presently run by two partners, Lyn Green and Andrew Shackleton, who are both insolvency practitioners, but Barry Ward remains a very active part of the firm acting as a consultant.
We advise trading and non trading individuals, partnerships and directors on all aspects of recovery, reconstruction and insolvency related matters.
As well as Worcestershire, we commonly work in Herefordshire, Shropshire, The Black Country and the Midlands generally, but we also have undertaken assignments nationwide.
